We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Unsatisfactory Service: If you are not satisfied with the final deliverable and can provide specific reasons for your dissatisfaction.

  • Service Non-Delivery: If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon services within the specified timeframe.

  • Technical Issues: In cases where our services are hindered by technical issues on our end.

2. Privacy Policy

Contact us at info@techpromo.online within 14 days of receiving the final deliverable with clear reasons for your request.

3. Refund Processing

Upon receiving your refund request, we will review the case and respond within 7 days. If your request is approved, the refund will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original transaction.

4. Non-Refundable Policy

Due to the nature of our services, refunds are not issued once work has commenced for immediate service activation (e.g., Consultancy Service, IT Solutions, Digital Marketing Services). Clients may terminate services at any time; however, no refunds will be provided if the agreement is canceled within the current billing month. Termination requires a written notice, which can be sent via text message or email. Future payments will cease upon termination, but no prorated refunds will be issued.

5. Customer Responsibilities

To be eligible for a refund, customers must:

  • Clearly communicate concerns or issues promptly.
  • Provide any necessary cooperation or information requested during the refund process.
